Our Dental Team in Mankato, MN

I have been blessed to work in a profession where I can directly influence the lives of others. Dentistry allows me to improve my patients’ health, function and confidence, creating an immediate difference in their health. It also fuses science and art, and every case offers unique challenges that keep me engaged and excited to come to work each day.

I also appreciate that I get to take care of my patients routinely enough to develop a relationship with them, to share with them their joys and hardships. I always take the time to listen to each patient’s needs and treat them as an individual.

I was born and raised in Worthington, MN. I grew up in the dental office, as my mom was a dental hygienist. I always knew I wanted to be in healthcare and enjoyed science, as well as working with my hands, so dentistry seemed a natural choice.

To achieve my goal of becoming a dentist, I attended Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Art degree in biology with a minor in chemistry. In 2011, I graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry with my Doctorate of Dental Surgery. I began practicing in our Blooming Prairie office in 2011, and in 2015 began practicing at our Mankato location.

An active member of the ADA®, MDA, Greater Mankato Growth and American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics, I stay current with new technology and treatments to provide the best possible care for my patients.

My wife Kelsey, is an occupational therapist, and together we have three children. Outside the office I am an avid golfer and enjoy attending Vikings games, traveling to new areas and exploring with my family. I also dabble in a bit of hunting and ice fishing.

My journey to the oral healthcare field began after I graduated from Bethel University with a degree in biology. I worked for a group home doing direct care with the residents and decided I wanted to pursue healthcare during this time. I grew up doing construction with my father and have continued to enjoy woodworking to this day. So, you take an interest in healthcare and combine it with a passion for working with tools and the logical outcome is dentistry! I received my dental degree from the University of Louisville in 2013 and have loved every moment since! I currently work in our Mankato office.

 A wise person once told me when I graduated from dental school to “tell the truth and treat people like family,” and that has always stuck with me. I take pride in my work and keep my patients’ best interest in mind. I am blessed and grateful to be in the profession of dentistry.

I live in Mankato with my wife Alecia and our boys Nolan and Eldon. Spending time with my family is my highest priority. We love outdoor activities and I spend a lot of time just trying to keep up with my boys! From woodworking to renovations, I also love to work on projects in the garage and around the house. My other interests include fishing, hunting, biking and gardening.

Daniel joined Main Street Dental Clinics in February 2024. He is a huge nerd who plays Dungeons and Dragons on a weekly basis. He also enjoys working out and spending time with his friends.

Chelsi started working at our practice in April 2025. She enjoys watching her two daughters play sports throughout the year as well as vacationing in the winter and spending time out in the camper in the summer.

Ingrid is the face you will meet when walking through our doors. She will help you with anything you need. She has been a part of our team since 2015. She likes to ski, hike and go camping with her kids in her spare time.

Natalie started working here in November 2024. She enjoys workout classes, running, pickleball and spending weekends at the lake with her puppy, Mae.

Heather joined our team in November 2022. She has two kids—one starting their first year of college and the other finishing up middle school—as well as five cats. Heather likes to run and usually completes two half-marathons per year. She enjoys DIY, thrifting and repurposing. She also spends much of her free time outside with her plants and gardening.

Jordann has been a part of our team since August 2024. She and her husband, Shayne, have a little boy and a black lab. Her current hobbies include chasing her toddler, deer hunting and enjoying time with friends and family.

Kara joined our practice in July 2020. She is a proud mom of two boys who love playing football, baseball or soccer outside. She enjoys trying new things with her favorite people and wandering the aisles at Target.

Katie joined our practice in February 2015. Katie and her husband, Brad, have two kids. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching her kids in numerous social activities, traveling and going to concerts.

Lynnea has worked at Main Street Dental Clinics since May 2018. She enjoys puzzles, softball, golf, Minnesota sports and spending time with friends and family.

Sophia started working at Main Street Dental Clinics in July 2025.

Amber started working at Main Street Dental Clinics in 2025. She likes golfing, music, crosswords, road trips, thrifting and spending time with family and friends.

Cali joined our team in April 2015. She has three kids and two golden retrievers. She enjoys traveling, camping and spending time with family and friends.

Julia became a part of our team at Main Street Dental Clinics in May 2024. She has a dog named Oakley and loves taking her on walks, reading, traveling and hanging out with friends and family.

Natalie loves being with family and friends. She enjoys good cuisine, traveling, spending time outdoors, gardening and yoga.

Michelle became a part of our team in August of 2024. She has two cats named Callie and Stroganoff, and watches movies, reads and hangs out with family in her spare time.
