Main Street Dental Clinics is a limited liability partnership with partners John M. Flor, DDS,
Christopher J. Stenzel, DDS, Robert S. Kess, DDS, Chad M. Hanson, DDS, Brian S. Burmeister, DDS, Phillip Zhan, DDS, Osman Swedeh, DDS, Mahmoud Ahmad, DDS and Jonathan Fabian, DDS. All doctors are in good standing with all credentialing institutions. Main Street Dental Clinics consists of four fee-for-service dental clinics; Blooming Prairie, Owatonna, Rochester, and New Richland and one managed care facility also in Blooming Prairie. Our fee-for-service clinics accept various indemnity insurance programs. Our Main Street Dental MC clinic serves ONLY Minnesota Department of Human Service beneficiaries.
