The founder and Senior partner of Main Street Dental Clinics, John M. Flor, opened his first dental practice in Blooming Prairie, Minnesota in the year 1976, appropriately name Dr. John M Flor Family Dentistry.

In 1995, Main Street Dental Clinic of Blooming Prairie was born and opened at its current location.  Shortly after Main Street Dental MC was opened in the same building.  Main Street Dental Clinic of Blooming Prairie and MC recruited additional partners to accommodate the increased numbers of patients. In 1999 the Owatonna office of Main Street Dental Clinics was founded followed by the Rochester Clinic in 2002 and New Richland in 2006.

At the present time, Main Street Dental Clinics has five dental facilities and nine doctors - Dr. John Flor, Dr. Christopher Stenzel, Dr. Chad Hanson, Dr. Robert Kess, Dr. Brian Burmeister, Dr. Phillip Zhan, Dr. Osman Swedeh, Dr. Mahmoud Ahmad,
and Dr. Jonathan Fabian.
