Main Street Dental Clinic of Blooming Prairie is located off Highway 218 and Main Street (see map).
The Blooming Prairie, Minnesota dental clinic office is home to Dr. Chad Hanson and Dr. Dan Schafer. The Blooming Prairie Clinic is fully staffed to provide complete and comprehensive dental care for the entire family. Drs’ Hanson and Schafer are also available for patients who need emergency services. The Blooming Prairie dental office is open 6 days a week and Monday and Thursday evenings (see office hours in right column).
We are able to submit claims to most dental insurance companies on your behalf, and we are considered providers for certain dental insurance companies as well (see Insurance Providers at right).
